Will increase my rating.
This game is quite fun. Very close to CARC but with some interesting twists. There are a couple UI issues that the dev has told me he plans to address in the next update. If you like CARCASSONNE I would recommend you get this while it's a dollar!
Will increase rating if difficulty increases
This seems to be pretty nice, but the issue for me is that I've played Carcassonne once and I beat this in my first game. The computer A.I. obviously needs to be more difficult, or at least have difficulty settings. Otherwise, this will lose my interest really quickly as a single player game.
Needs some work
I'm a huge fan of Carcassonne, so I was excited to see this game hit the app store. I like the different take on scoring with score multipliers instead of equal value meeples. That is definitely the most interesting addition to the game. Unfortunately it still needs some more work in my eyes. First, the controls are a bit wierd and I often find that the map scroll function has some problems. Also the ai is not strong enough to make the game good as a single player experience. I don't see playing this with two human players without wifi/network integration. Finally, I'd like to see an option for a hand of tiles as this tends to mitigate luck and increase strategy in carc games.
I think there is a good start here and hope to see some future updates!
